We are a computational biology research group in the Department of Computer Science and the Data Science and AI Institute at Johns Hopkins University.
We develop rigorous machine learning and statistical methods for the analysis and interpretation of high-dimensional and multi-modal biological data.
Current research interests include single-cell and spatial multi-omics, genetic perturbations, biological network analysis, and anomaly detection.
We are actively looking for highly motivated postdocs, PhD and Master's students, and undergraduate students. Please see the Join page for details.
